Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, celery, mayonnaise, slivered almonds, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top of the casserole with the crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Serve hot.
