Ingredients
2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of dried rosemary
1 tsp of black pepper
2 lemons, juiced
4 cups of chicken broth
4 tbsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat chicken broth over medium-high heat.
Whisk in cornstarch to create a slurry.
Add butter and remaining lemon juice and whisk until combined.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
Serve chicken with creamy gravy.
