In a medium bowl, cream together butter and cheese until light and fluffy.
Add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix until blended.
Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Using a fork, lightly press down on each cookie to flatten slightly. Using the back of a knife, lightly press down to make 4 lines on each cookie, to resemble the body of a ladybug.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
Let cool completely before serving.
