Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix until blended.
- Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Using a fork, lightly press down on each cookie to flatten slightly. Using the back of a knife, lightly press down to make 4 lines on each cookie, to resemble the body of a ladybug.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before serving.
