Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, tuna, and cheese. Stir to combine.
  3. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
