Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, tuna, and cheese. Stir to combine.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potato mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
