Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Omni-Rice
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the Omni-Rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked Omni-Rice, soy sauce, green onions, frozen peas and carrots, and bell pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Serve hot.
