Ingredients
- 1 cup of Omni-Rice
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
Directions
- Cook the Omni-Rice according to package instructions.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked Omni-Rice, soy sauce, green onions, frozen peas and carrots, and bell pepper. Stir to combine.
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and the vegetables are cooked.
- Serve hot.
