Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until sprouts are tender.
Remove from oven and drizzle with Franks Hot Sauce. Toss to combine.

Brussels sprouts are high in vitamins C and K, and are a good source of fiber.
Franks Hot Sauce was first created in Louisiana in the 1920s.
Smoked paprika adds a nice smoky flavor to the dish.
