Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts to skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- Add parsley and stir to combine.
- Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
