Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat together the Kahlua, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the pudding mix and blend until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set. Cool before cutting into squares.
