Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 slices smoked Gouda cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of Gouda cheese and a spoonful of bacon onto each pork chop.
- Mix together the flour and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Dredge the pork chops in the flour and bread crumb mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
