Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jicama, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup watermelon, diced
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine jicama, watermelon, cantaloupe, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
