Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, pepper and salt.
- Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
