Ingredients
- 1 package taco shells
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Add the diced peppers, onion, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the taco shells on the baking sheet and fill with the sausage and pepper mixture. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
