Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and salt to the bowl and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  7. Once the crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Spread the hazelnut spread evenly over the cooled crust.
  9. Pour the melted white chocolate over the hazelnut spread and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the top of the white chocolate layer.
  11. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  12. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely.
  13. Once cool, dust the bars with powdered sugar.
  14. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
