This Instant Pot Shoyu Chicken recipe is a flavorful and easy dish to make in your Instant Pot. The tender chicken soaked in a savory soy sauce-based marinade is sure to be a hit with your family and perfect for a quick and satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Directions
