Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon mixed together for rolling
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
