Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fudge chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together Nutella, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until well combined.
  5. Fold in fudge chunks.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set but still soft in the center.
  8. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
