Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
