2 large green tomatoes, sliced
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
Slice the tomatoes into ¼-inch thick slices.

Fry the tomato slices in batches for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the fried tomatoes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Serve warm.
