- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Using a spoon, drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
