Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or pecans)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the honey, chopped nuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Using a spoon, drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
