Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
