Ingredients
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
