Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
