Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup light-brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until dough comes together.
- Fit a cookie press with desired attachments and fill with cookie dough.
- Press out cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
