Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bell peppers and green onions to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Add the honey-garlic mixture to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the peanuts. Serve hot.
