Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
