This homemade rhubarb-strawberry jam is the perfect combination of sweet strawberries and tangy rhubarb. Spread it on toast, use it as a topping for yogurt or ice cream, or even give it as a thoughtful gift to friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Directions
