Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed, stale bread

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the cubed bread in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the oil mixture over the cubed bread and stir until the bread is evenly coated.
- Spread the croutons onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
