Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oil (such as olive or coconut)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, dried fruit, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey and oil.
  4. Add honey and oil mixture to oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before storing in an airtight container.
