Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, diced
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add diced butter and mix with a pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, oats, yogurt, and honey until well combined.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out desired shapes with a biscuit or cookie cutter.
  5. Place biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
