Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 tablespoons cold butter, diced
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add diced butter and mix with a pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in brown sugar, oats, yogurt, and honey until well combined.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut out desired shapes with a biscuit or cookie cutter.
- Place biscuits on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
