Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (plus additional for cooking)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the melted butter and whisk until combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and cook until the edges are lightly browned and the top is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  7. Serve with desired toppings.
