Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using.
