Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 tsp dried thyme

Directions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
