Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
