Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
