Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the vegetable oil.
- Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the Instant Pot and set aside.
