Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
