  • 1 pound of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into noodle-like strands.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
