In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
Stir in the oats. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
