- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, lime juice, vegetable oil, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Add the chicken strips to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers.
