These quinoa oatmeal toddler cookies are a perfect way to introduce whole grains and protein to your little one's diet in a fun and tasty way. Made with nutritious ingredients, these cookies are a great snack option for toddlers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, oats, mashed banana, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and raisins or chocolate chips (if using). Mix well to combine.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.
