Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup millet
  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
