Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
