Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the celery, onion, and red bell pepper. Add the cooked macaroni.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
