  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, applesauce, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
