2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint and tips discarded
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili paste.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken wings on the baking sheet, and pour the marinade over them. Turn the wings to coat both sides with the marinade.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and scallions, and serve.
