1 pound of salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into small cubes
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of chopped carrots
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, cilantro and panko bread crumbs.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
