Ingredients
- 1 pound of salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, cilantro and panko bread crumbs.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve the salmon patties with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
