Ingredients
- 4 pork chops

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the white wine and soy sauce, then bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the pork chops with the mushroom sauce.
