Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain off any fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Once combined, remove from heat.
- Spread the beef mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
