- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple, chopped
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, mustard, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, honey, and pineapple juice. Mix until well blended.
- Add onion, ham, and pineapple to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread one-quarter of the filling evenly over the surface. Roll up the tortilla and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Repeat with the remaining three tortillas.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
