Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about another 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and cook until it is slightly wilted, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the seasonings and beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
