Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook until it is slightly wilted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the seasonings and beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm.
