Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shishito peppers
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peppers, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Mix until all the peppers are evenly coated.
  3. Place the peppers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  4. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
