Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound white mushrooms
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, blue cheese, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well blended.
- Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems. Place the mushroom caps on a large baking sheet.
- Fill each mushroom cap with a teaspoon of the blue cheese butter mixture.
- Grill the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Serve hot or cold as an appetizer.
